Few foods evoke childhood nostalgia than the humble fish finger but here’s hoping we have all moved on from the processed version found in supermarkets. In fact we guarantee you’ll be totally in-love with our home-made version; a newcomer the menu. We use the best market fresh white fish of the day, coated in flour, egg, breadcrumbs and a zest of lemon. All you need to do is defrost and gently pan-fry till golden and crunchy.
