Nonie’s is an artisan bakery that is gluten and dairy free.
Due to the nature of gluten free flours and because they don’t use preservatives or gums, Nonies’s breads are sold frozen. This keeps their loaves at their absolute best and is one of the things that sets their bread apart.

The Seedy Brown is Nonie’s signature bread. With organic pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, poppy seeds and organic linseed, this original bread is full of flavour and nutrition. This is gluten free bread as it should be!
Activated Charcoal & Quinoa Bread has a depth of flavour to match its looks. The earthiness from the charcoal, quinoa seeds and buckwheat flour is balanced by a delicate sweetness from the Malfroy’s Gold honey. This striking black bread can be served savoury or sweet.
Light Golden is a white bread with substance. Using Nonie’s special blend of gluten free flours with organic linseed for added nutrition and texture and balanced with a little organic coconut sugar.
