Sweet potato and sage gratin side (v,gf)


This classic sweet potato dish with it’s glorious caramelised top and rich melting interior is an all-time favourite. Chunky sliced sweet potatoes are infused with garlic, onion and sage cream. A perfect side dish to enjoy this Christmas 




STORAGE: Fresh (can be frozen if required)
SIZE: feeds 4 – 6 as a side dish
INGREDIENTS: Sweet potato, sage, cream, garlic, butter, parmesan, salt, pepper.
