This classic Greek filo pie is a fantastic vegetarian option for your family Christmas table. Made with silver beet, ricotta, soft herbs and flaky filo pastry brushed with butter and topped with nigella seeds, pepita, sea salt and cracked pepper. This one is a little larger than our usual offering and will feed 8 people very comfortably as a meal with a light salad or pop it on the dinner table for a beautiful grazing table.
