Sticky ginger pudding with maple roasted pecans


A little bit of nostalgia mixed in with a touch of modern flair and deliciousness. Soft and delicate steamed ginger and treacle pudding smothered in a caramel sauce;  spiked with ginger juice and topped with crunchy maple roasted pecans. Serve with cream and ice cream.
