Greek lamb pastitsio


Pastitsio is a favorite traditional Greek dinner recipe. It’s a Greek version of lasagne – topped with a  white and creamy bechamel sauce with a hint of cinnamon.
Serves 2-3 people

INGREDIENTS: lamb mince, onion, garlic, tomato paste, crushed tomatoes, herbs, cinnamon, nutmeg, wheat pasta tubes, butter, flour, milk, cheese, salt, pepper, egg
SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Bake and serve with garden salad
