Kamut spelt wholemeal round (750g)


Spelt & Kamut bread is made of 50% Organic Spelt Flour from Maine and 50% Organic White Kamut Flour from Québec.
Spelt is a grain similar to wheat that was used in ancient Mesopotamia. It contains a wider spectrum of nutrients than wheat, including Vitamin B2, niacin, copper, manganese and thiamin. It is also higher in protein, riboflavin and zinc.
