Macadamia crusted salmon with green olive & herbs (gf)


This salmon makes the most delightful Christmas showstopper; topped with a crust of garden herbs, citrus, capers, macadamia, green olive and lime.
The salmon arrives prepped with simple cooking instructions. Just pop straight into the oven and serve with fresh Aioli and lemon. The salmon is perfect served hot or cold. Any leftover can be tossed in a salad.
