Chicken and leek family pie


Hand-made shortcrust pasty base, with succulent slow poached free-range chicken, sauteed leek, mushrooms, herbs, tarragon and white wine.  Jam packed full of all the good stuff, no fillers, no nasties. This pie will feed 4 adults, just add a simple garden salad or some steamed vegetables.
